Lime Post Treatment
The Lime Post Treatment Modules saves money by using less lime than comparable treatment. Plus its reversible conveyor allows you to by-pass the unit completely if it is not needed. The RM450 Lime Post Treatment Module can handle 42,000 pounds of sludge per hour.
DEWATERING TRAILERS

GRAVITY BELT THICKENERS
A highly effective tool for dewatering. It operates quietly at a minimal cost, consuming a low volume of wash water. Sludge is flocculated by the use of polymers, introduced on the belt and the released water is drained through the gravity belt.
ROTARY DRUM THICKENERS
Our ROEFILT Sieve Drum Concentrator (SDC) reduces the volume of thin sludge and slurry produced during municipal or industrial wastewater treatment. The principle of the SDC is very simple: Sludge is flocculated with polymers and the released water is drained by gravity through a filter drum. The sieve Drum concentrator is an efficient alternative to the Gravity Belt Thickener if your circumstances involve limited space or less demanding performance requirements.
POLYMER SYSTEMS
Polymer selection is one of the most important decisions in assuring the proper
performance of any belt filter press. Charter offers sludge sample testing to assist
toward that goal.
SLUDGE BAGGER
The CMC sludge bagger is a complete self-contained dewatering system. This economical, simple to operate and easy to maintain option effectively de-waters challenging municipal or industrial sludges, eliminating the need for drying beds or more costly alternatives. Assorted sizes are available.
