GA Industries, Inc. was founded in 1895 in Pittsburgh, PA as Golden-Anderson Valve Specialty Company and was acquired by Rexnord Industries in 2008. Upon Rexnord’s acquisition of Mannheim-based VAG in 2011, GA Industries was integrated into the VAG Group and renamed VAG USA, LLC. In 2018 Rexnord divested the VAG Group, including VAG USA, LLC, to Aurelius Equity Opportunities
VAG USA, LLC is headquartered in Cranberry Township, Pennsylvania, manufacturing and distributing GA Industries and VAG brand products to US and Canadian customers, serving the water, wastewater, dam/hydro, power and industrial markets.
Being part of the VAG Group allows a wide range of solutions for the control of water and wastewater. In addition to the well- known and widely used GA Industries branded products, the VAG USA, LLC portfolio also includes highly engineered and specialized VAG valves for critical applications demanding reliability, precision and durability.
